The building that we have occupied for over 13 years has been sold and
will be torn down for condos.  We're downsizing to my house and garage,
and just doing strictly player rebuilding from now on.

I have an accumulation of almost 200 pianos, mostly players and square
grands plus others, that will be disposed of.  All equipment will also
be sold, including refinishing equipment.  Available in the sale will
be approximately 800 or 900 piano rolls and a few cabinets and pump
organs.

The sale date is Saturday, August 16th.  Inspection will start at
9 AM with the sale starting at 10 AM.  The sale will be on premises at
2400 Jasper St., Philadelphia, PA 19125.  For any questions regarding
