it has acquired from Gulbransen, Inc., San Diego, California, their
Digital Hymnal system and the Gulbransen name (www.gulbransen.com).

our family of name brands.  The Digital Hymnal will help us accelerate
our penetration the religious market.  We have identified the religious
markets need for automation and we are aggressively building a product
line for that market."

The Digital Hymnal has thousands of titles in the Master Index.  The
user simply enters the numeric code and the system plays it immediately.

May 27, 2003 -- QRS Music Technologies, Inc., announced the first
production units of the first "Psalmist" have been produced and are
now on a regular production schedule.  The "Psalmist" is an adaptation
of QRSM's popular transportable Pianomation system known as "Playola."
The 88-key "Playola" system was re-engineered into two units [a
solenoid box for each of the two keyboards] specifically for the

Over 300 hymns, anthems and spirituals were specifically recorded and
are available for the "Psalmist."  The "Psalmist" provides an exact
reproduction of the songs recorded.  The "Psalmist" can be operated
remotely with the use of a hand held remote control.

The ability of the QRS "Chili" dual drive Pianomation controller to
read a CD ROM gives a church enough memory to perform thousands of
custom programs for virtually any service or special event.  This vast
library when combined with the proven performance of the Pianomation
MIDI system will fill any church with the true sound of their Hammond
B3 organ.
