Polyphon Musical Box with Chocolate Dispenser

Dear MMD readers,  The German Polyphon company made a 15" and a 19"
wall-hanging music box with a chocolate dispenser in 1900.  Does
anybody know if these small chocolate bars had been packed, and if
they had been, has anybody ever seen an original packed one?
