I have found that the problem with "rebuilt" Duo-Art grands being
too loud is that the piano action is not fully rebuilt or regulated
correctly and therefore the minimum playing level (softest playing)
cannot be set properly because notes miss at this level.  Also, it is
very easy to disconnect (or just turn back the screw) of the crash
valve to disengage its function.
