By Philippe Rouillé

[ This announcement was sent by email to members of AAIMM, the French
[ mechanical music society, from Philippe on behalf of the society
[ directors. Watch the KDV web site for new information. -- Robbie

An important theft took place in the night of Thursday 6th to Friday
7th May at the museum of M. Ghysels of Brussels, especially known for
its large organ collection. Thieves carried away a dozen small objects
(portable organs, boxes of music, etc.).

M. Ghysels is a member of the AAIMM, the KDV and other associations.
The description and photos are visible on the web site of the Dutch
association KDV at http://www.draaiorgel.org/ghysels.htm This site
(in Dutch, English and in French principally for certain pages) indicates
in principle the process to follow in case of discovery of any
information.

The AAIMM wishes to express to M. Ghysels and all his family the
sympathy of all its members facing a hardship that we collectors all
risk to be confronted with one day.
