The Future of Mechanical Music
By William Griswold Jr.

Jeff, I can't agree with you more. I myself am only 27, and I've been
a huge fan of mechanical music since I was two when I was introduced
to the beautiful Ruth Organ in Myrtle Beach. The unfortunate part is
I don't have a collection as of yet. However, if there weren't these
wonderful obstacles in life, such as money, I would want to own
everything out there. For now I have a very large collection of
mechanical music CDs (mostly band organs) and I go to most of the
band organ rallies that are in a reasonable driving distance from my
home in Connecticut. I'm always wanting to learn everything I can
about these wonderful instruments, with the hopes that one day I can
have that 'Sanfilippo' size collection of my dreams.
