Hi All,  Just a quick update.  Thanks to the efforts of owners and
technicians, the Player Piano Makers listing has grown from 797 names
in August 2000 to 929 names in August 2004.  Additionally, there are
now 71 Known Player System Makers listed.

Fairly recently I received some information from Diane DeTar which
came from an old AMICA Bulletin about various Player Mechanisms.
Having received permission from Robin Pratt, and as time permits,
I'll be adding that information to the site.

I just want to thank everyone who has helped to make these listings
the most comprehensive listings known to exist.  See

By the way, the 'Makers' listing is the second most visited web page
at Player-Care, surpassed only by the main index page.  Judging from
my web statistics, there seems to be quite an interest among piano
and player piano owners to find information about their instruments.
