I have a customer who owns a Starr upright player.  The player has
been rebuilt, not by me, and the piano refinished.  It is a beautiful
Mission style with a very lively oak grain.

Unfortunately, the pouches are too porous and the player simply just
won't work.  Since each valve is in the top board of each pneumatic,
the entire stack must be disassembled to replace the pouches.  Some
pneumatics were previously broken and repaired.  It appears as if the
glue will not release.  Some white glue is present.

If I attempt to take this stack apart, the damage to each pneumatic
will require that I remanufacture the complex pneumatic with its pouch
well and internal wind ways.  That is just not economically feasible.
So I am looking for a replacement stack.  It must be totally unrestored.
The spool box and roll motor are not needed.

I've taken many difficult stacks apart, some with white glue, but this
one just won't cooperate without severe damage.  Look over your spare
stacks, perhaps you can help.
