Value of Faventia Barrel Piano
By Andy Linss

I have a Faventia barrel piano that is in working order. It is
severely out of tune but seems to play and contains a wood block and
triangle. It is missing the wooden upper front covers, which were
replaced with clear Lucite, I suppose so the workings would show during
operation. It has an electric motor which I have not attempted to play
with. The paint is in good condition other than a couple of significant
scratches on the lower legs. I have four brass cylinders with various
melodies, including one with Christmas songs.

Do you have any idea what this could be worth? I have never seen one
before and was curious. I recently saw a smaller barrel piano that was
for sale for $450, but it was not electric and was much smaller albeit
in complete condition. Please email at <andy@ameritech.net>

Thanks,
Andy Linss
