Wurlitzer Tracker Bar Construction
By Tony Marsico

Hi all, In response to the questions about how the Wurlitzer bar is
made. The holes are drilled for the bar. Tapered tracker bar tubes
are then inserted in the back of the bar and soldered in. They are
left long.

The pre-drilled back of the bar or box is then slipped over the tubes.
The tubes are then soldered in to the back on the inside. Then the
extra length of the tubes are cut off and the back of the bar finished
smooth. Then the sides that contain the pieces that allow the bar to
be tightened to its gasket are put on and soldered in.

Hope this helps.
