Mr. Stenstrom,  I recently purchased one of these through Amazon.com
If you search for the book on Amazon, it will be listed as out of
print.  There is an option to search their network of used bookstores
for the book.  They were able to find me a hardcover copy within a
month at a very reasonable price (about $60).
