Hi,  I will assume that the Tempo lever is set to mid-range (70) and
that the Play/Reroll lever is fully engaged in the Play position.

My first inclination is to suspect a loose vacuum supply hose leading
from the Cut-Out box (on the  lower section) to the stack (windchest).

Second, I'd check to see that air motor governor spring is holding the
air motor governor 'open'.  If it popped off in the move, the air motor
governor would fully collapse (under normal operation), cutting off all
of the vacuum to the air motor.

A quick test to determine if that is the problem would be to advance
the music roll by hand until some of the holes in the roll are opening
the holes in the trackerbar.  Then pump the pedals and see if any notes
sound.  If so, then the problem is most likely the governor.  If not,
then there is an insufficient amount of vacuum getting to the stack.
