Seek Gear for Thorens 4.5" Disc Musical Box

I have been asked to repair a Thorens 30-note, 4.5" disc music box.
The first gear off the worm gear on this particular movement was
a plastic gear that has disintegrated.  Does anyone know where I can
get a replacement gear, either plastic or metal?  Thank you.
