Source of Sankyo Musical Box Movements
By Rick Epperly

-- forwarded message, please reply to sender and MMD --

It has come to our attention that our post in 040928 MMDigest was
misleading. Please accept our apologies.

We posted the article immediately after we dropped our prices. We were
pretty excited about it. Within about a week, we realized that the way
our pricing was shown could be misleading. We immediately corrected it
on our web site, but forgot about the MMD post.

To clarify: 50-note Sankyo movements are $165 and 72-note for $190
_only_ in the context of a "special order" which typically takes 2-5
months. Many clients have found this arrangement workable and are very
pleased with our service.

We do not yet have movements in stock at these prices. We can sometimes
find a specific movement for you from one of several wholesale sources,
but we cannot sell them at these prices. Pricing for these is, and has
been, clearly listed at our web site.

Working to make quality new musical movements and boxes more accessible
and known,

Regards,
Rick Epperly
