Often items made in USA appear being sold in London; the low start
prices are tempting.  The seller could send extra pictures which they
had held back from the auction listing so this would catch Matthew
Caulfield out.

What I do is ask for their phone number so I can hear the instrument
play over the phone.  They never reply to that one and if they do then
make sure you ask them to pluck a couple of bass teeth in case they
just play a recording over the phone.
