In response to Mr. Forney's inquiry, the Piedmont Chapter and
Southeast Chapter of the MBSI are well into the planning of a large
"Southern Band Organ Rally" to be held the weekend of November 4-6,
2005, at Dan Nicholas Park, 6800 Bringle Ferry Road, Salisbury,
North Carolina.

The rally is in partnership with the Carolina Antique Music and
Phonograph Society (CAMPS).  John Lowery is spearheading the event,
and can be contacted at <Lowery40@bellsouth.net>.

Shelby is indeed a wonderful city, and the carousel and organ are
well worth visiting.
