I need to replace the stems and the collars on a Welte Licensee action
I am presently rebuilding.  I am re-leathering all the valves.  I feel
that I need to replace the stems, or at least the collars.  I contacted
the Player Piano Company only to find out that they have ceased stocking
such parts.

Can any reader make any suggestions or know of a supply?  Any advice
would be help.
