Fellow AMICAns, the supply of old bulletins is exhausted and, in fact,
some of the last requests will forever remain unfilled because there
simply were not enough bulletins to fill all the orders.  There were a
substantial number of boxes shipped about two weeks ago and the checks
have started to come in.  I am shipping requests in the order received
and as checks come back in.

Please do not send me applications for membership in AMICA, I have
nothing to do with that.  If you sent a membership application to me
you should resubmit it to:
