I've never seen another, but my favorite coin-op was a small pipe
organ located at the Cliff House in San Francisco. It was among
the casualties when the Cliff House burned down in the 1970's.
I never learned the name of it; it may have been one-of-a-kind.
The instrument, as I recall, was the size of a very large juke box,
had expression louvers, and played "Ramona". It was very effective
in rendering pipe organ music.
