Seek Rust Inhibitor "Ferronite"

In an article titled "Removing Rust", by John Phillips in Hobart
[000605 MMDigest], John refers to using a rust inhibitor called
"Ferronite".  I am trying to source it, but am having no luck.
I hope you can help me with a retailer or manufacturer.
