I came across this fascinating interview of Ervin Nyiregyhazi
by Gregor Benko (1976) posted on a web site about him.  I thought
it would be interesting reading to the MMDigest readers, since his
Ampico rolls are still very popular, although in the interview he
does not necessarily think his Ampico rolls are an accurate
reflection of his artistry.
