I have a Verbena in mint condition, with all songs playing properly and
song sheets also on the side, with all the labels on back and on top.

I will help you but I also would like to get paid because if I help you
rebuild yours it makes mine worth less.  And I wonder if your customer
knows what his is worth in mint condition, flawless?
