Seek Governor Stem for Paillard Musical Box

A friend has asked me to examine what appears to be a Paillard music
box with a cylinder of about 10-1/2 inches.  I discovered that the
geared governor stem was broken.  Does anyone know where I might find
another stem, used or remanufactured?
