Ordering and sending the catalogue is not a problem in Europe (EU).
Just send a email to <KasseAUG@stadt.freiburg.de> and give your full
postal address.  The catalogue will be sent to you with an invoice and
you can easily pay by transfer.

I know there are some UK-residents still clinging to cheques.  In this
case please send a mail to me and I'll find a way to get it done:

Shipping in the US was a problem because the postage for a single copy
would have been 17,50 Euro and bank charges another 9,50.  But the
orders for catalogues already sent to me will be handled the next few
days.  Sorry that it lasted some time, but I believe it simply to be
dishonest to charge someone more than double the price of an item.
