Weber Pianola Grand Piano

Hello Jason:  The Pianola pianos use a double valve action, while the
Duo-Arts use a single valve with the "cross" design.  There is quite a
bit of controversy over the cross valves, but everyone agrees that the
double valve mechanism is unsurpassed.

As for converting it to Duo-Art, I suggest that you get the piano
working as good as possible; you can worry about changing the mechanism
when you grow tired of being a Pianolist.  (Hopefully, that will never
happen) Does your Weber have the Temponamic Knob for the tempo control?
