Transferring Old Audio Recordings to CD

Recently I noticed a software program at Office Depot that will
transfer old recordings to your computer.  I cannot recall the name
or publisher, but it appears quite flexible and tweakable in producing
a high quality result.  It comes with a 30-foot cord to reach your
systems.
