Seek Coinola Coin Slide & Story & Clark Treadles

Please help!  I am in need of a Coinola push/pull nickel slide.
I have the plate, "Drop 1-20 nickels".

I also need a good pair of Story & Clark treadles; I have the lower
section but need the treadles.  Any help appreciated.
