  Accompaniment: Violin Cello, Accordion.
  Bass: Cello, Bourdon, Accordion (accordion plays all 54 notes).
  Percussion: bass drum, snare drum with two snare beaters and brush,
tambourine jingles, cymbal, wood block with beaters and 3 temple
blocks.
