Death of Marc Elbasani

What a sad day for mechanical music.  Apart from MMDigest, he was
a regular contributor to the MMD Pipes Forum.  I met Marc for the
first time at the Waldkirch Organ Festival last year, and his
enthusiasm for the subject was infectious.
