Dear Peter,  "Pneuma accordéon jazz" rolls are _very_ rare, so
I suggest that the roll you mentioned is probably a standard Kuhl
& Klatt music roll.  Most of these rolls, bearing the name "Original
Pneuma", were manufactured for the Kuhl & Klatt company by the
"Excelsior Notenrollenfabrik", Berlin.  This company was run by the
well-known organ builder, Giovanni Bacigalupo.  Some information

Pneuma Accordéon Jazz rolls are of the same size and spacing, but
with a totally different layout.  These rolls do not play on any
Kuhl & Klatt piano model because they are specially designed to play
accordion and percussion.  These rolls can be easily identified by
looking at the actual perforations: the Pneuma Accordéon rolls contain
extensive percussion tracks along the borders for bass drum, snare
drum (two tracks), wood block and cymbal.
