>[ Druckstange {f} pressure rod
>[ Druckscheibe {f} pressure disc

In most table-top organs and music-boxes this would not be a "pressure
rod", but actually a "pressure bar", with the German equivalent:
Druckbügel.

In larger instruments this device resembles more "a block of wood"
and as such is referred to as "the block" (Der Karton läuft durch den
Block). As this piece of equipment usually has to be locked in place
before it is of any use, the term "lock" would be somewhat appropriate.

Musically,
