Capitol "G" Roll G-510 of 1933
By Mark Forer

"Are the bidders crazy?" I asked the same question about that Capitol
G-roll. Call it greed, spite bidding, naivete, or the "I must have it
at any cost so you can't have it" mentality, or whatever.

Personally, I can't bear to listen through those late Capitol rolls --
the arrangements last nearly four minutes apiece and, in my opinion,
are b-o-r-i-n-g.

Also, lest we forget, $856 is chump change to some "high-rollers".
If you've ever watched some guys throw thousands of dollars away on
a hand of blackjack, without a care in the world, while you squirm over
a $5.00 bet, you know what I mean.
