Getting payment from UK to USA is very simple.  The person in UK
orders a 'Foreign Bank Draft' from his own bank; this takes around
three working days to arrive and costs £10.  This bank draft is then
sent to USA in dollars and can be paid into your bank like a cashiers
cheque, as it is cleared funds.
