How to Make Decalcomania
By Bruce Clark

Reproducing gold-toned decorative transfers or decals.

These stencil decorations appear to be gold, but they are actually
yellow ocher. They are easily copied, using tracing paper over
the original stencil. Once the original design is traced, it is
transferred to stencil paper and cut out with an X-acto knife.

Using a pounce brush, or stencil brush, and yellow ocher oil or acrylic
paint, align and tape the stencil paper to the item, and lightly tap
the paint filled brush on the stencil paper transferring the design to
the object.
