A. Ginocchio & Bro. is listed as a manufacturer of cylinder organs,
melodeons and hand organs in New York City in "The American Musical
Directory 1861", pages 157 and 158, by Thomas Hutchinson, reprinted
1980 by Da Capo Press, New York.  That book clearly lists manufacturers
separately from importers and repairmen.
