Recent discussion about Ethel Leginska prompts me to inform MMDers
that an excellent biography of her has been written by Terry and
Marguerite Broadbent of the North West Player Piano Association
(of GB), entitled "Leginska - Forgotten Genius of Music."

The book is comprehensive, having over 300 pages, and includes
appendices of family tree, recital programmes, compositions, gramophone
recordings, a complete rollography and a list of currently available
recordings.  The book, ISBN 0 952101 4 6, is available directly from
