I just left the AMICA 2006 convention in Chicago.  A most incredible
time was had by all.  The organizers are to be commended for a job
_very_ well done.  I strongly urge that anyone with an interest in
automatic musical instruments (including just about anyone that
subscribes to the MMD) join AMICA.  And don't just join to receive
the superb publications, become involved with your area chapter and
attend events such as the recent Chicago convention.

2007 Germany
2008 Los Angeles, California
2009 Cincinnati, Ohio
2010 Buffalo, New York

Most area chapters get together about four times per year.  Get more
