Hello Philippe.  I answer a big "Yes" to your question!  Perhaps I'm
just an ornery American, but with our spirit of independence, I cannot
abide companies or organizations like ATT who think or pretend that
they are helping when all they are really doing is slowing or stopping
communications.

I really have no help to offer you, but I can and will advise everyone
here in USA to _run_, not walk, away from any server who does things
like that and tells us that they are helping us.  I will decide what
I want to see.  I will decide who I want to hear from.  I will decide
what I consider "spam", not them.  My own personal advice to subscribers
of ATT and other similar services is to change ISP, and avoid ATT, AOL,
and any like them.
