Unknown Action Stack for 41-note Player Organ

I have a player stack for a 41-note organ.  It has a large metal
valve unit that is held to a individual pneumatic by four small
screws.  The units are then held to the main stack board with three
small screws.  Does anybody know what organ this fits?
