I have tried keeping timesheets on restoration jobs, but we usually have
two or three projects going at once, the phone rings, a customer comes
in, etc.  It's difficult to keep track of the hours, but I usually
estimate 100 hours from start to final regulation.  Obviously that isn't
always the case, so I lose my shirt on some restoration jobs.
