I wish to thank Matthew Caulfield for the outstanding job he did as
editor while Robbie was away. Editing the MMD takes much time and
work; there are more factors involved than most subscribers realize
-- procedures that have to be followed and the work completed within
a short time frame. Robbie and Matthew do such a good job, they only
make it seem easy.
