"Sehenswürdigkeiten in München?"  What can anyone recommend I see,
hear, or do in Munich, Germany, the weekend after Thanksgiving?
Actually, Monday 4 December is the day I will have most time available
(when the museums are closed?).  But maybe some free time Saturday and
Sunday, too.

I visited Munich some years ago, and wouldn't mind just walking the
long pedestrian street and looking into churches and shops and watching
the animated clock figures on the Rathaus.  I love old architecture and
history and art and most things German (e.g., Bier).

But of course what I'm really asking about would be mechanical or
antique musical instruments, organs, clockwork, technical stuff -- what
we all love on this group.  All suggestions gratefully received.
