Making Wurlitzer Unit Valve Blocks
By Howard Jensen

That's it! Please, no more on duct tape, no more on Scotch tape, no
more on WD-40, no more on vegetable oil! I want to read about items
that will help me learn about mechanical music before all you old farts
die and take all the secrets with you.

How about something new. I was about to sit down and build a set of
Wurlitzer valve blocks. I see that there are different ideas as to
how to approach this. I see two different concepts on eBay. So, let's
take a step back. Being about 100 years later since the concept was
conceived, if one were to approach this now, what changes or materials
would you guys use to build the "better mousetrap" (valve block)?
