Hello Everyone,  I do a lot of mailing in my business and can give just
as many horror stories about USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post and FedEx
Overnight services.  It once took 21 days to send a small box from
Tacoma, Washington, to Minneapolis, Minnesota, that went the scenic route
to Florida and New Hampshire before arriving at its final destination.
I paid for 2-day Priority Mail service but the 2-day claim is only a
guide and there is no refund if it does not get there even in 2 weeks.

I printed a copy of the Media Mail regulations and took that with me
to my local Post Office only once and have not had a problem since.
Personally, like others, I will not bid on rolls on eBay that will not
ship USPS Media Mail.
