Hi Everybody.  Could anyone help me?  I am looking for the book,
"The Mills-Violano Virtuoso," by Mike Kitner and Art Reblitz.
I know this book is out of print but one never knows!  Anyway,
I might even be interested in a copy of the pages of this book.
This might be done on the 'Net.  Any ideas and propositions?
