C. W. Parker Barrel Piano
By H. B. Turner

Recently I donated a C. W. Parker upright barrel piano to the C. W.
Parker Museum in Leavenworth, Kansas, that had been in my family for
many years. I'd like to find someone to provide an appraisal or value
estimate, as well as get more information about this device for the mu-
seum. I have some photos and can provide other photos if needed. We
believe the piano was sold by Parker prior to 1910.

It has a metal barrel with ten tunes. A few of the tunes on the play-
list are "Our Director March," "Good Bye Dolly Gray," and "Hornpipe"
[probably "Hornpipe Polka"].
