Hi all,  An interesting player piano has turned up here in New
Zealand.  I've seen only a couple of photos of it, and it appears
to be a standard player piano, of the Barnard brand.

However, the (original) decal on the fallboard is 'Barnard Recording
Piano'.  Is this just another bog standard player with a rather strange
model name, or is it potentially an actual recording piano as used by
roll companies to record rolls?  Has anyone encountered a 'Barnard
Recording Piano' before?
