You can order lead tubing to your own specifications (diameter,
wall thickness, etc.) from same place where PPCo gets it:

The person there you want to speak to is Rick Dahl.  Since it is
a custom order, I think there is a minimum order of 1000 feet.
It is pricey, but the more you order the cheaper it gets.

When ordering I usually request the addition of 1% antimony.  This is
the same mixture that was used in Europe.  It makes the tubing a little
more stiff and it is much more resistant to corrosion, which the pure
lead tubing that PPCo sold is not.
