Dear Don Teach and Readers: I am so sorry.  When I said the
"Coinola" I meant the Tonophone, the coin-operated barrel piano
manufactured by DeKleist.  I had no intention of bringing up
the Caliola (although sadly and frankly I have never heard one
in person in my life).
