I'm working on a 1922 Marshall and Wendell Ampico A upright.  I have
restored maybe ten Ampico A's plus a few Amphions and I have never
seen a pouch underneath and connected to the governor spring.

If suction were applied to this pouch it would increase the pressure
applied by the spring and speed up the air motor.  The pouch has a small
elbow; my question is to where does the elbow connect?  Or where does
the pouch get its suction from?
